You send us your document via e-mail or you can upload to our FTP-server. You tell us which language(s) you want to
have your translation(s) in. We'll check your document and send you a free
quotation via
e-mail within 24 hours. The agreement shall take effect upon
your acceptance via e-mail of GTI-services' quotation and general terms and
conditions. EMAIL
The GTI-services' FTP-server address with ID and password are provided by
GTI-services upon request. (only for very large files!)
You are supposed to provide us only with clean, stable documents.
If you want to benefit from our
EXPRESS Servicefor documents up to 5000
source words, the translation will be
sent to you within 24/48 hours.
Without the
EXPRESS Service the deadline
for your
translation is fixed on mutual agreement.
Payment-procedure via PayPal or wire transfer.
GTI-services won't accept any
document which infringes or violates other people's
privacy or public rights. GTI-services reserve the right to refuse certain translation
commissions which
are considered
unlawful, libellous, defamatory or indecent.
Clients with a GTI-services' VIP-account benefit from a 30-day
delay for their payments. If you are a new client however you will
have to pay
in advance.
The translation is sent to
your e-mail address or to our FTP server where you can download your
documents.
