HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

 

 

 

Welcome

 

We are very pleased to welcome you as guests in our luxurious villa and we are confident that it will provide you with all the things you could possibly wish to make the most of your stay. Please read the following to respect certain rules and regulations.

 

Savoir-vivre

 

We're confident that you will respect the luxury character and the tranquility our domain offers.

Reservations and rental period

A deposit is required for reservations via phone and/or email. Reservations are valid once the deposit of 30% is in our account.

The balance payment should also be paid via bank transfer at least 6 weeks before your arrival. Unfortunately we can't accept credit cards.


Cancelling by client

Cancelling by owner

In case the owner cancels the rental, which is extremely unlikely, the owner should immediately inform the client via phone, e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The client will receive the amount of the deposit within a period of 1 week after the announcement of the cancellation. Should the owner cancel when the full amount has already been paid, the owner will refund the full rental amount within a period of 1 week after the announcement of the cancellation. Please note that the owner is not liable for any consequential loss or incidental expenditure resulting from the cancellation of the holiday rental.

Pets
 

Sorry, pets are not allowed.
 

Babies and toddlers

 

The villa is not suitable for babies and/or toddlers.

 

Security deposit

 

Before your arrival you should have paid us via bank transfer an amount of € 750 which serves as a security deposit. Or you can also hand over a cheque on the day of your arrival (Normally visitors living in France). We'll transfer the money back into your bank account or return the cheque to your home address within a week after your departure when no damages have occurred. The security deposit covers possible damages which might occur during your stay. In case you did not transfer the security deposit before your arrival you will have to provide the security deposit by cheque or in cash not later than the first working day after your arrival.

 

Maintenance swimming pool/pool alarm system

 

In principle the owner or his representative is present between 8.00 and 10.00 in the high season to do the maintenance of the swimming pool and the (vegetable) garden. During the other seasons the presence of the owner or his representative for the maintenance will be convened with you. The pool is equipped with a motion sensor alarm.

 

Theft and accidents

The owner is not responsible for any loss or theft or injuries/accidents which occurred at the premises during your stay.
You should close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the house for a longer period. We recommend to close the front gate as well.

Conflict

The local judicial authorities are competent in case of arising conflicts.

Discounts

For reservations of 2 weeks or more, a discount is possible depending on season and only for early bookings. Long term rent also possible. Please contact the owners for detailed information.
