We are very pleased to welcome you as guests in our luxurious villa and we are confident that it will provide you with all the things you could possibly wish to make the most of your stay.
Please read the following to respect certain rules and regulations.



Savoir-vivre

  • We're confident that you will respect the luxury character and the tranquility our domain offers.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Outside however you may smoke as long and wherever you want.
  • Please respect the calm and quietness of the neighbourhood particularly during the evening, night and early in the morning.
Please leave the villa in a tidy state.

Reservations and rental period

  • A 30% deposit is required for reservations via phone and/or e-mail. Reservations are valid once the deposit has been transferred into our account and the signed tenancy agreement has been registered. The balance payment should also be paid via bank transfer up to 6 weeks before your arrival.
     
  • We expect your arrival between 4.30 pm and 6.00 pm. Should there be any important delay, please keep us informed. Please do contact us about an hour before your arrival via a SMS text message or a phone call on our CELL PHONE number so we can welcome you in time and hand over the keys. The day of departure you should leave the property before 9.30 am to allow all the necessary preparations for the next guests to be done. In case you should decide to leave earlier than planned, there won't be any pro-rated restitution of funds. Minimal rental period: 6 nights.

  • Pets

  • Unfortunately we can't accept pets.

  • Security deposit (refundable)

  • Until 6 weeks before your arrival you should also have transferred the security deposit of € 500 into our account.  We'll transfer the full amount back within 2 weeks after your departure if no damages have occurred. The security deposit covers possible damages which might occur during your stay.
  • In case you fail to transfer the funds, you won't have access to the villa.

  • Cancelling by client

  • Any cancellation by clients should be announced to the proprietors by e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The deposit is not transferable nor refundable in any case. More than 6 weeks before your arrival, your balance payment will be refunded within 7 days after the notification, minus an administration fee of € 50.
  • Less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total rental price needs to be paid to the owner. The security deposit (if already paid) will be refunded within 7 days after reception of the notification.

  • Cancelling by owner

  • In case the owner cancels the rental, only in case of justified force majeure, the owner should immediately inform the client via e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The client will receive the amount of the deposit within a period of 1 week after the announcement of the cancellation. Should the owner cancel when the full amount has already been paid, the owner will refund the full rental amount within a period of 1 week after the announcement of the cancellation. Please note that the owner is not liable for any consequential loss or incidental expenditure resulting from the cancellation of the holiday rental.

  • Household linen package + final cleaning fee


The household linen package and the final cleaning are included in the prices listed on the page with the actual prices.

  • Pool maintenance

  • In principle the owner's or his representative's presence to do the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden will be convened with you. The pool is equipped with a motion sensor alarm.
