General: This split-level casa de campo (60m ²) is built on a hill with amazing views over the valley of the Ebro and consists of an authentic stone casita (20m2) which serves as master bedroom, a living room and a separate kitchen with all the necessary facilities. Porta Potti toilet with biodegradable products or dry toilet in separate outbuilding. You have a separate shower room in the outbuilding or you can enjoy your shower under an olive tree using the super solar shower. (3 available). For € 25 a week you can hire an additional igloo tent with two sleeping mats for 2 people.
There is neither mains water nor mains electricity connected but you can cook on gas and for the lights use gas lamps or a new solar power system. Gas bottles / gas lamps are available. There is also a generator so you can generate power (5 liters of petrol is included). Water is available via  rainwater collection. Over 10.000 liters of rainwater via 2 polyester tanks of 310 liters each, a beautifully restored traditional stone "cisterna" of 1500 liters, two containers of each 1000 liters and a new "balsa" of 8000 liters. This water is not suitable as drinking water though but in Tortosa you can fill the jerrycans with drinking water else water bottles can be bought at Aldi or other supermarkets.

You can also use our 3G+ dongle (modem) for your lap top. Spanish connection fee is cheap.

Casita: Master bedroom (20m ²) with double bed, wardrobe, makeup table and separate water tap (bedding / towels / pillows / sleeping bags are not available!)
Kitchen: Large fridge with separate freezer, large sink with double sink, 4 burner gas hob, cold water tap, cupboards and worktop space.
Living room: table with 6 chairs, 2 seater sofa
Patio furniture: 6 chairs, 2 tables, new mobile gas barbecue

Details: Beautifully maintained olive grove of 20.000 m2 without the use of any chemical treatment, very well kept in terraces with beautiful stone walls. Over 160 old olive trees and carobs. Access is very good via tarmac road. Distance to the village of Bitem with all amenities 3,5 km. You are welcome to harvest your own olives and almonds. The casa is situated on a 100% unspoilt natural sites so this is the ideal spot for those who appreciate privacy and tranquillity.

Prices based on 4 persons: Between 1 November - 30 April € 250 per week, 1 May - 30 June and 1 September - 31 October
€ 250 per week, 1 July - 31 August € 400 per week. No extra charges !! For reservations 30% deposit is required.
You should leave the property in a clean state !!
